国内家族信托业务转型要从哪些方面着手？

林宥任先生
平安银行私人银行家族办公室总监兼香港分行私人银行顾问，曾任招商银行香港分行私人财富管理中心副总经理。在财富管理及私人银行领域已积累将近20年资历，工作经验跨足两岸三地。2008年加入招商银行总行私人银行部、期间职务曾担任过私人银行跨境联动暨投资顾问团队片区负责人、家族信托业务负责人及全权委托室主管。工作期间主要推动包括超高端客户家族办公室服务，落地国内首单家族信托业务及全权委托业务，引领境内私人银行业务创新及服务标准的先河，也是境内家族信托及家族办公室模式创始人物之一。
2017年任职香港分行管理私人财富管理中心期间，遵循监管要求并在总分行对私人银行境外发展策略的指导下，积极推进体系及系统建设、搭建产品平台、落地投顾工作方法，让高端客户对招行私人银行服务满意度由境内延伸境外，致力打造最佳客户服务体验银行。


Youren LIN, 
Family Office Director of Private Banking，Private Banking Consultant of Hong Kong Branch, Ping An Bank. Mr. LIN worked as Deputy General Manager of Private Banking of China Merchants Bank (Hong Kong Branch). He has 20 years’ working experience in wealth management and private banking areas across the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong. In 2008, he joined the Private Banking Department of the China Merchants Bank. Since then, he ever worked as head of cross-border business and investment advisory, head of the family trust business, and head of the discretionary entrustment. 
During past working period, Mr. Lin was mainly responsible for promoting development of family office, making the first single-family trust business and discretionary business in China fall to ground, leading the innovation of domestic private banking business and services. Additionally, he is one of the founders for the model of domestic family trust and family office.
From year of 2017, Mr. Lin is working at Private Wealth Management Center of Hong Kong Branch Management. Following the supervision and instructions of head office, he is actively promoting the system construction, building product platform, extending high-end customers services overseas to create the best banking experience.
