In 2017, Mr. Liu joined Five Bulls Holdings as managing director and was responsible for the non-performing asset investment business. He has served in such famous financial institutions as ABC, Great Wall Assets, Fullerton Investment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore's Temasek, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. He is the first professional in the field of non-performing asset management in China, and has nearly 20 years of experience in investment, disposal and management of non-performing assets.
