美国对冲基金有哪些可借鉴的模式和经验

嘉宾简介：

林彥全先生為永豐金資產管理 (亞洲) 有限公司的董事總經理。曾任台灣期貨資管產業龍頭-康和期貨經理事業股份有限公司總經理及董事，提供投資人屢獲獎項的公私募管理期貨(CTA)基金、客製化產品設計全權委託投資及顧問服務，他帶領投資團隊連續三年度(2015~2017)蟬聯台灣期交所頒發公募型期貨信託基金鑽石獎第一名及期經期信託基金公司獎項冠軍，並經台灣央行首宗認可取得2011 2012年亞洲前五大避險組合基金外資全權委託期經代操案。

他在期貨業及資產管理 (基金、全權委託、投資顧問) 投資產業超過10多年資歷，於2013年榮獲台灣(證券期貨.投信投顧)金融產業官方認可最高榮耀獎項第十二屆金彝獎傑出期貨人才，2017年獲台灣 副總統頒授金峰獎 傑出十大企業暨 十大傑出領導人 獎項 。

林先生為北京大學及紐約福坦莫大學校友，取得工商管理碩士學位及台灣期貨分析師資格，並為台灣中華民國期貨業商業同業公會的前委員、副召集人、台灣證券暨期貨市場發展基金會(SFI)、期貨公會(CNFA)及台灣期交所(TAIFEX)之職前訓及金融從業人員在職訓等講師、上海交通大學高級金融學院(SAIF）受邀講席，常受邀於大中華區交易所(中金所、台灣期交所及OTC櫃買中心等)、大學院校、中國證監會及台灣金管會演講交流，推廣資產管理不遺餘力。

Angelo Lin is the Managing Director of SinoPac Asset Management (Asia) Limited. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director of Concord Managed Futures Corporation, the Taiwan No. 1 Commodity Trading Advisors (“CTA”)  fund house , focusing on providing award-winning CTA funds, tailor-made discretionary portfolio management services to investors. The investment team led by Angelo won the 1st Place in the Taiwan Futures Fund Diamond Award for 3 consecutive years (2015-2017) ,the Champion of the Best Managed Futures and Futures Trust Enterprises Awards and got the first foreign institution futures mandatory project from one of the Asia’s top 5 fund of hedge funds approved by the Taiwan Central Bank. He has an experience of over 10 years in the futures industry and asset management (fund, discretionary portfolio management, investment advisory). In 2013, Angelo won the Government Award Winner of the 12th “Golden Goblet Award for Outstanding Futures Expertise” in Taiwan. In 2017, he was handed the Top 10 Outstanding Enterprises of the Year Award and Top 10 Outstanding Entrepreneurial Leaders of the Year Award in the 18th Golden Peak Award from Mr. Wu Den-yih, former Vice President of the Republic of China.  Angelo is the alumnus of Peking University in Beijing and Fordham University in New York where he received the MBA. Mr. Lin is qualified as a Taiwan Futures Analyst. He was the committee member, coordinator of the Chinese National Futures Association (“CNFA”) in Taiwan. He was also the pre-service and in-service training instructor for Taiwan Securities and Futures Institute (“SFI”), CNFA, Taiwan Futures Exchange (“TAIFEX”), guest lecturer by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Advanced Institute of Finance (“SAIF”). He has been actively invited to participate in seminars, forums and conferences by various exchanges in the Greater-China region, tertiary institutes and universities, as well as regulatory authorities like China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) and Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission (“FSC”).
